Need something quick to throw together that the whole family will love? This recipe for Beef and Vegetable soup is so simple and takes no time at all. It's perfect for Mom's on the go and is mighty tasty!
What you'll need:
64oz. of Chicken broth
2 tbsp. salted butter
1lb of hamburger meat
12oz. bag of frozen Corn
12oz. bag of frozen sliced Carrots
12oz. bag of frozen sweet peas
2 cans of sliced New potatoes, drained
Directions:
Place your hamburger meat into a skillet. Salt and pepper to your liking and cook until the meat is nicely brown. Remove from the skillet and place into a colander so that the grease can drain off of the meat. Set aside.
Take a stockpot and melt 2 tbsp. of butter making sure that the butter covers the bottom of the entire pot. Place all frozen vegetables in the stockpot and let them cook until tender, stirring periodically. Add the 64oz. of Chicken Broth, hamburger meat, and two cans of sliced new potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and allow soup to simmer for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and you're done!
Easy as can be!
